a great start to the first annual Chicago Caribbean JerkFest.
We're
talking mouth-watering, soul-replenishing foods that reflect the
Caribbean, African and South American heritage, including the famous
Jamaican jerk chicken, curries, patties, rotis, fried plantain and
more.
